In addition to our pognes (plain, chocolate, candied fruit), Saint Genix, brioches and brioche breads, come and discover our sweet shortbread specialities with almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, vanilla-chocolate, or our almond croquants, not forgetting our savoury shortbread under the "Apér'olive" brand with black and green olives, created and produced in our workshop. Seasonal products: galettes in January, Suisses from February to Easter, chocolate-covered orange and hazelnut shortbread from autumn to Easter. Guided tour by appointment. Online sales.
Patrick Jouve, Maître Artisan, received the Drôme Speciality Award from the Chambre des Métiers de la Drôme in 2008 for his "Apér'olive" product, and the "Coup de cœur du Jury" award in 2015 in the Viennoiserie Spécialité Boulangère category for his "Pogne" product.
