Gîtes des Hauches

Rent our three gîtes for family celebrations, get-togethers with friends, holidays with children, groups .... Close at hand, but each with its own independence!
Large outdoor spaces.

Gite École
The largest of our gîtes: Bright, ground-level access. Wood-burning stove. Hemp insulation. A large shared living room with a sitting area, a kitchen area and a dining area. ( 60m²). There are three bedrooms.
Gite Anna
Our former home, it seduces our tenants with its three independent bedrooms. It's an apartment, on the first floor, which can make you hesitate, but everyone who's tried it has adopted it!
Gite Forge
This is our smallest gite: it looks like a small village house, made of stone, on several levels. Old-fashioned charm. Cocooning .

There are hammocks, swings, trampoline and ping-pong table (sheltered), black mountains for sliding or just space to make huts... Sand heap with games.
Garden furniture. Barbecues.

We welcome you to our farm. We work in organic agriculture.
The gîtes are in the oldest part of the farm, a stone hamlet typical of the region.
We have rabbits, ducks, donkeys and mares, chickens and geese. (depending on the season and the birds of prey that steal our chickens!)
If you wish, you can feed them every morning with Isaline.
Our farm is a breeding farm with sheep, cows and goats.
We produce meat. We sell our meat by the box to order, by delivery or at the Champs Libres farm store located about 20 minutes from the farm (quartier les Rivales, 26160 Le Poët-Laval).
We have a lot of woods, moors and meadows, spread over the Bourdeaux canton, to graze the animals and stock up on hay for the winter.
You can also take part and learn how to care for sheep, cows and goats with Clovis, Anna or Paul:
When the animals are in the pastures, you can accompany us to see them, move them to new pastures, help us make parks or just observe...It all depends on the grass that's growing. the program is made up as the days go by.
When the animals are indoors, you have to feed and mulch them, and during the birthing season (March and November) you have to make sure that everything goes well.
Most of the time you'll need your car, as not all our pastures and buildings are close to the gîtes (maximum 15 minutes).
Most of these activities take place in the morning.
