Léonie - Yoga teacher in Dieulefit, France
Originally from the Drôme and deeply attached to nature, Léonie discovered yoga in Australia in 2016, in a quest for a balanced lifestyle in line with her values. The practice quickly became a daily mainstay, revealing both its physical and emotional benefits.
Her passion led her to train in Kathmandu, Nepal, in 2018, then to deepen her knowledge in India, the cradle of yoga, where she spent several years studying, living and teaching. She enriches her practice as she travels between Asia and Europe, developing an approach that is at once grounded, intuitive and respectful of each individual's rhythm.
After several years teaching in Dijon, Léonie moved back to Dieulefit in 2025, where she offers a complete, caring yoga accessible to all: postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), relaxation and meditation are at the heart of her classes, in a quest for harmony of body and heart.
She teaches several styles:
- Yin Yoga - for slowing down, refocusing and finding balance
- Hatha Yoga - to strengthen and energize the body
- Pre & Post-natal yoga (Shantyoga) - fluid, therapeutic yoga for women in the key moments of motherhood
- Yoga for children and teenagers - to develop confidence, concentration and relaxation from an early age

Léonie gives her classes in Dieulefit, at Salle L'Inspir, 3c rue de la distillerie, 26220 Dieulefit.

Throughout the year, Léonie also organizes themed workshops, internships and retreats, to deepen your practice and experience moments of profound reconnection with yourself.

Her teaching is aimed at all ages and levels, in a warm and deeply human atmosphere.
