Housed in a 16th-century residence built around a medieval square tower, the hotel was formerly an outbuilding of the Commanderie de Saint-Jean, in the heart of a vast winegrowing estate. The 2850m2 of buildings have retained all the charm of yesteryear, and are divided into a château, a bastide and a spa, all set in sublime natural surroundings. Treat yourself to a local, gourmet interlude at our 1 MICHELIN star gourmet table, Lavandin.
